Orders are carefully processed and prepared for tracked delivery within the United States. Here is what you can expect.

Once your payment is confirmed, your order is carefully processed and prepared for tracked delivery within the United States.
2. Delivery times
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. All orders are shipped with tracking within the United States. Once tracking information becomes available, it will be provided to the customer electronically.
3. Shipping costs
Standard shipping within the United States is $7.99. Free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more. The applicable shipping charge is always displayed before payment is completed.

Once tracking information becomes available, it will be provided to the customer electronically.
5. Returns
You have 14 calendar days from delivery. The product must be unopened, with its original seal and cellophane intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes.
6. How to return
Email elixirhouseelite@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you return instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective products or our own error (in which case we cover them).
7. Refunds
Once the return is received and verified, we issue the refund to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days. Stripe may take 5-10 additional days to reflect it in your account.
8. Damaged or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you requested, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package's condition. We will resolve it with a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
