Welcome to Elixir House. By using this website and making purchases on it, you accept the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading them carefully.
1. Owner identification
Elixir House is an online perfumery specialising in niche, designer and high-end Arabic perfumery. For any enquiry, write to us at elixirhouseelite@gmail.com.
2. Purpose and scope
These terms govern access, browsing and the purchase of products through this website. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.
3. Products and authenticity
All products offered are authentic and sourced from authorized distributors. Photographs are illustrative; the delivered product always corresponds to the described reference, brand and size. Quoted trademarks belong to their respective owners.
4. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in USD or EUR according to your selection and may change without notice. The applicable price is the one in force when the order is confirmed. Stock availability updates in real time, but in the event of an inventory error we will inform you and issue a full refund.
5. Purchase process and payment
The order is formalised upon completing payment through our secure gateway (Stripe). You will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. Elixir House does not store bank card details.
6. Shipping
Shipping times and conditions are detailed on the Shipping & Returns page. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery at the indicated address.
7. Returns and refunds
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the product is unopened with its seal intact. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return.
8. User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or make fraudulent use of the service.
9. Intellectual property
All site content (texts, design, the Elixir House logo, our own photography) is protected. Reproduction without express authorisation is not permitted.
10. Limitation of liability
Elixir House is not responsible for allergic reactions or individual sensitivity to products: always review the composition on the official packaging. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of the affected order.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country from which Elixir House operates. Any dispute shall be submitted to the corresponding competent courts.
